Managing Attorney - Scottsdale, AZ (Hybrid)

A national law firm with a strong reputation is seeking a Managing Attorney to lead its Scottsdale-based practice focusing on civil litigation, bankruptcy, and foreclosure matters, with federal court involvement.

Position Overview

Hybrid role based in Scottsdale, AZ

Leadership position overseeing attorneys and workflow

Active caseload alongside team management responsibilities

Focus on creditor-side litigation, bankruptcy, and foreclosure work

Qualifications

5-10+ years of experience in civil litigation, bankruptcy, and foreclosure

Prior management or supervisory experience required

Strong creditor-side experience preferred

Active Arizona bar admission required (additional admissions a plus)

Experience handling federal matters strongly preferred

Proven ability to mentor, lead, and manage a team
