A national law firm with a strong reputation is seeking a Managing Attorney to lead its Scottsdale-based practice focusing on civil litigation, bankruptcy, and foreclosure matters, with federal court involvement.

Focus on creditor-side litigation, bankruptcy, and foreclosure work
Qualifications
5-10+ years of experience in civil litigation, bankruptcy, and foreclosure
Prior management or supervisory experience required
Strong creditor-side experience preferred
Active Arizona bar admission required (additional admissions a plus)
Experience handling federal matters strongly preferred
Proven ability to mentor, lead, and manage a team
